The High Speed 1+1 Ear-loop Face-Out Type Medical Mask Machine by Ming Jilee operates at 80–110 pieces per minute and supports registered printing cuts for precise designs. It has four unwinding stations for feeding non-woven and melt-blown materials, and a nose bridge flattening device for superior quality. The machine uses a high-quality Taiwan ultrasonic welding device for excellent welds, with servo-controlled ear-loop cutting for speed. An automatic conveyor facilitates the smooth transition of counted and stacked masks to packaging.
